Cala
Cala is an auxiliar piece of furniture, designed based on the idea of being a hybrid. It is 50% a chair and 50% a small table. The user has de ability to choose which function do they want.
This is a concept which makes it a piece with a clean design and that is attractive and at the same time adaptable to any type of space becoming a versatile object.
It has a Mediterranean style that is shown by the “traditional contemporary” concept that takes as inspiration the three small beaches of Calella de Palafrugell from the catalan coasts that is so familiar for the designers.
It is a project that Pau Puiggròs developed with his colleagues Nacho Nerín and Marta Cervera.
